The way their staffs treated us(hospitality) , fulfilling our needs.. Best thing were the breakfast , beyond expectations for us , slight change of menus everyday , but keeps your taste buds happy. They clean the room , everyday...Bathrooms are a bit smaller , but thats just something across everywhere , because the place sulthanampet is in the hub of city. 15 min walk from blue mosque and Hagia Sophia mosque. 5 min walk from Grandbazaar 20 min walk from Egyptian bazaar 3 min from Nearest tram station Ps : Ask for omblette and they will prepare for free.

Since I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I didn't know if the location was good or not. (I also made a reservation after reading good reviews.) On the first day, I was anxious because the taxi ride to the hotel was very complicated and all I could see was a fabric store. however! I realized it the next day during the day. It was the perfect location to explore the main mosque on foot! The hotel manager and staff are very friendly. I had a great time!

The personnel is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary furniture. The location is great – it's 15 minutes (or less) away from all important points of interest, and there's a lot of cafes and restaraunts around.

Good staff very helpful esp moharram who woved everytime in his service and went an extra mile ..greatly assisted me in guiding for the city ..english is not a common language in turkey so communicating with agencies and tkts become a problem...he speaks good English and coz of him I was able to get my ticket refund easily ..had it not been for him I would have lost a lot of money...yavuz was also extremely helpful ...good hotel for solo travelers very central near bayzit station..one min walk...and 1 min to grand bazar......clean ..good breakfast...reasonably priced...esp with good service the stay became more pleasant and easy.

The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of the Bazaar and other landmarks and there were lots of bars, restaurant and shops nearby. The hotel was really nice and clean, breakfast was good with something for everyone. Most importantly the staff at the hotel were wonderful people, genuinely kind and helpful. As a party of 7 women we were all very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend the Bizim Hotel.

good location, near tram station, Grand Bazar, Blue Mosque. also close to Galata bridge. Many cafe and restourant near. good turkish breakfast and friendly stuff on reception.

One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly its fantastic staff. The level of hospitality and friendliness was exceptional, The hotel's location is another major highlight. And the breakfast is delicious.

The Hotel was really nice. Clean. Perfect for what i needed to be in Istanbul for. staff were great. The Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and transport links were all within a couple of minutes walking distance. Loads of restaurants nearby with different variety.
